Today
I killed a bee
I killed a mosquito
I am glad I didn’t
Come across a bird
On my same right hand
I guess I was going
To kill her too
I guess with my left hand or
With my right leg…
We might
Not be killers
But what makes us
Really kills
And they are so eager
To defend the other
Sometimes better
Than we take care
Of each other
